Hudson Homecoming 2015
Spirit Week was an entire week dedicated to the Hudson Catholic’s faculty and student body, giving everyone involved with the school a chance to celebrate it. It’s very important that the all the Hawks were able to participate in almost all of the events throughout the week. Being a Hudson Catholic student means more than just being in a great academic environment, but more like home with a huge family filled with love for one another and support in any way, shape, or form.
After the very successful and fun themed dress down days, Walk-A-Thon, and pep rally, Hudson celebrated Homecoming with a masquerade-themed dance on Saturday, October 24th, at our very own Hawk’s Nest gym.
Prior to the Spirit Week’s closing event, the tickets for homecoming were sold easily. Being that there were a limited amount of tickets, everyone wanted to make sure they had one to attend the dance. Those who didn’t even had to go around asking if there were extras. This just shows how greatly anticipated on the night was going to be.
Many students say this year’s remarkable homecoming dance was the best thus far. The night enabled students to come all formally dressed up and enjoy themselves for dinner and dancing.
This year, Hudson even had the privilege of having DJ Taj as a guest to make the night seem even more alive. It was, without a doubt, a night to remember.
