MLB Spring Training 2016

Major League Baseball spring training is in full swing. All 30 teams are preparing for the regular season, with some playing exhibition spring training games. All prospects are ready to show their team what they’ve got. We’ll see prospects such as Aaron Judge, Joey Gallo, Corey Seager, and Byron Buxton in action.
It’s always good to see the prospects and potential major leaguers for the upcoming season. We also get to see new faces in new places. Starting pitcher David Price has the opportunity to get a feel of his new team, while second baseman Starlin Castro goes out to the field for the New York Yankees for the first time in his career.
Managers will be strictly evaluating the minor league players, demanding them to prove themselves. Most prospects don’t usually make the the team at the end of spring training, as MLB teams usually like to bring in young talent in the mid-season.
This year’s spring training should be a joy to see. Each team looks to make a statement about their promise in the upcoming season. The New York Mets are ready for redemption after the tragic ending to their season last year, while the Kansas City Royals look to defend their World Series title.
