On Monday, January 29, 2018, Hudson Catholic began Catholic Schools Week with a mass held at Saint Aiden’s Cathedral.
Mass was celebrated by Father Larry Evans, a Fordham University alumni and familiar face to the Hudson Catholic community.
Readings were recited by juniors and peer ministers Arlette Huesca, Alililah Adams-Killings, and Savannah Martinez.
Father Larry shared an inspirational homily about authority, personal expression and presence, and judgment.
Hudson Catholic carried out the rest of the week with themed tag days, an assembly to honor Jahvon Quinerly and Louis King for being selected for the McDonald’s All American basketball team, and a winter sports pep rally.
