“Freedom”

Bank of justice is bankrupt
Satisfy our thirst of freedom by drinking from the cup
We shall pledge that we shall march ahead march ahead
Then will have neither rest nor tranquility until rights are granted
Let freedom ring
We will be able to join hands and sing
This is our faith, this is our hope
We can never be satisfied as long as a negro in Mississippi cannot vote
The storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality
The Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity
Little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers
The glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together
We will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a stream
Let freedom reign for I have a dream
